Ever since the inception of college, students have shown tremendous interest in Cultural activities. They give spectacular performances each time making occasions memorable and leave everyone spellbound.

HAHNEMANN’S BIRTH ANNIVERSARY:

Every year, the faculty and the students of the Institute take an active participation in the celebration of birth anniversary of our Founder Dr. Samuel Hahnemann on April 10. Life history and major works of Hahnemann are recounted with the objective of fostering the spirit of holistic healing and leading students on the path laid down by our Master Hahnemann. Different cultural activities such as quiz contest on various medical topics, drama, etc. are organized by student representatives under the guidance of teachers .

ANNUAL FUNCTION ­– REFLECTIONS ’08

BHMC celebrated an eventful year with the most reverential Annual function on 28th March and 29th March 2008 with the aim of bringing all the aspiring doctors from Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College and Dr. B.R. Sur Homoeopathic Medical College for a hearty & neighborly interaction.

The Annual Function was  inaugurated by Dr. R.K. Manchanda, Deputy Director, Homoeopathy, Delhi Govt. Students of Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College and Dr. B.R. Sur Homoeopathic Medical College along with students of our college  whole heartedly participated in various inter-college competitions namely - Materia Medica quiz, debate & group dance.

Dr. K. N. Tripathi, the Vice Chancellor of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra was the chief guest of honour on the second day of Annual Function. Release of Zenith’08-Newsletter of BHMC, Prize distribution, College documentary, Solo singing, Mono-acting, Group dances on  the theme of Indian cultural diversity were the main magnetism on day second. This occasion was also graced by honorable Dr. S. P. Singh (Advisor of Homoeopathy to Govt. of India), Dr. Eshwar Das (Deputy Advisor of Homoeopathy to Govt. of India),   Dr. D. P. Rastogi (Ex-director, CCRH), Dr. Anil Kumari (Principal, Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, New Delhi) and Dr. V.K. Chauhan (Principal, Dr. B.R. Sur Homoeopathic Medical College, New Delhi). Dr. Lokesh (Vice Chancellor of J.R.N. Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur) inaugurated the occasion in the year 2005 & the same was graced by Dr. K.K. Agarwal (Vice Chancellor of Indiraprastha University, New Delhi). The programme were entertaining one and flourished with performance

SPORTS MEET

Three day annual sports meet was held in March’08 where students actively participated in sports events like Table Tennis, Carrom, Lemon race, Three-legged race, Cricket, Kho-Kho etc. Matches of Volleyball for boys and Throw ball for girls were also arranged. Prizes were given at the annual prize distribution ceremony to the meritorious students along with winners of the various sports events.

TEACHER’S DAY

SEPTEMBER 5, the students of  BHMC gratefully remember the great educationist Late Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan .They celebrate this ceremony in cast of songs, mono acts, poems and dedicate to their teachers.

FRESHER’S DAY

We warmly welcome the young buds by organizing a fresher’s party, presenting various cultural activities like dances, songs & skits. This brings the closeness of the fresher students with each other.

Mr. Fresher and Miss Fresher are selected and crowned along with many titles given to chosen freshers.
